RobGrows Service Agreement

Client:The individual or business purchasing services from RobGrows via official payment link, invoice, or written agreement.

1. Services Provided
a) Google Ads Launch Kit (£750–£1,500 one-time fee)
Full campaign setup from scratch, including:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking
Campaign builds (e.g., Performance Max, Shopping, Search)
Keyword and product research
Setup walkthrough or explainer
2-week post-launch check-in
Note: Client must provide existing brand assets (e.g., creatives, logos, product descriptions).
b) Growth Retainer (£1,000–£2,000/month)
Ongoing Google Ads management, including:
Campaign optimisation, split testing, and scaling support
New campaign builds (Search, PMAX, Retargeting, etc.)
Bi-weekly reports & strategy calls
WhatsApp/email message support
Available only to businesses already generating consistent sales.
2. Payment Terms
All fees are payable upfront via Stripe or bank transfer.
Work will begin once payment is received.
Retainers are billed monthly and require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.
3. Guarantee
RobGrows offers tailored guarantees for each service tier to ensure clarity and trust.
a) Launch Kit Guarantee – First Profitable Sale or It's Free
We guarantee that your Google Ads setup will be built for real performance - not just best practices.
If you follow the setup and don’t make your first profitable sale (2x ROAS or higher) within 30 days of launch, we’ll either:
Refund your setup fee, or
Work for free for up to 30 additional days, including optimisation, campaign adjustments, and support - focused solely on getting your first profitable sale. - your choice.
The 30-day period begins once you’ve approved the campaign and we confirm the setup is complete.
To be eligible for this guarantee:
Your product must already have proven sales (i.e. online orders or stockist traction)
You must keep the campaign running for the full 30 days without edits
Your website must be functional with live stock, payment, and mobile optimisation
We reserve the right to refund and decline further work if your business or product is deemed a poor fit after launch.
b) Growth Retainer Guarantee – Profitability
If we manage your campaigns for 60 days and they do not produce a profitable return on ad spend (ROAS), we will waive your next month’s management fee.
Definition of “Profitable”:
At minimum, campaigns must break even or exceed a 2× ROAS (2:1) based on verified sales data from GA4, platform reports, or CRM attribution.
Guarantee Conditions (Apply to All Tiers):
Client must:
Have a product with proven sales history
Run an active ecommerce website with payment capability
Allocate a sufficient ad budget (typically £1,500–£3,000/month)
Provide timely access to necessary accounts and assets
Avoid making changes to campaigns without RobGrows' approval
This guarantee does not apply in cases of:
Incomplete product/market fit
Disabled or inaccurate tracking
Client-induced delays or content gaps
Significant changes made to the campaigns without consent
If key website optimisation recommendations provided by RobGrows are not implemented, as conversion rates can be significantly affected by landing page performance.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide access to Google Ads, GA4, Shopify (or equivalent), and relevant ad assets
Cooperate during onboarding, reporting, and optimisation
Maintain product availability and pricing during active campaigns
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice.
If the client terminates before a campaign has been launched, a refund may be granted minus time spent on research and account setup.
If campaigns have already launched, no refunds will be issued, but the guarantee still applies for future billing protection.
6. Liability & Limitations
RobGrows is not responsible for platform outages, policy disapprovals, or results impacted by external changes (e.g., Shopify downtime).
While every effort is made to generate profitable results, paid advertising always includes risk.
